Do you offer same-day delivery for cakes?
Yes, we offer same-day delivery for a selection of our signature cakes if the order is placed before 11:00 AM. Custom designs require at least 48 hours notice.
Are your products suitable for people with nut allergies?
While we offer nut-free recipes, all our treats are prepared in a kitchen that handles peanuts and tree nuts. We cannot guarantee a 100% allergen-free environment.
How should I store my bakery items to keep them fresh?
Cream-based cakes should be refrigerated immediately. Cookies and dry pastries are best kept in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
Do you provide vegan or gluten-free options?
We certainly do! We have a dedicated range of vegan cupcakes and gluten-free brownies available for daily purchase through our online shop.
What is your refund policy for custom orders?
Cancellations for custom orders must be made 72 hours in advance for a full refund. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds once the item has been picked up or delivered.
How are the items packaged for shipping?
We use insulated, eco-friendly packaging and cold packs for long-distance shipping to ensure your treats arrive fresh and intact.
